Consumers may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
Write to commercial.canarie@gmail.com before sending any item, stating your order number and the product concerned. You will receive return instructions.
Products must be intact, unused and complete with their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and sealed products opened after delivery cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law.
Contact us as soon as possible, attaching photographs of the product and packaging and stating the order number.
After the return has been checked, the refund is made to the original payment method within the statutory period. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is incorrect, defective or damaged.
